Finding the Right Attorney
As you look for the right attorney to handle your case, you need to know that there are some lawyers out there who will promise you the moon and the stars to get into your pocket book, yet may not even be familiar with the standard legal practices surrounding your case.
Often I hear from weeping relatives and other victims of poorly handled legal cases too late in the process. There are no “do over’s” in the vast majority of legal matters. Once you are sentenced or your case is otherwise finalized by a court, successful reversals are extremely difficult. Make sure your case is properly handled from the start.
